If my family and I were stuck in Alaska with no clothes in the middle of winter, and it was during the 3 month period when it was dark... and we were just attacked by an Ice Troll, and he used a snow spell which turned us into frozen blocks which subsequently caused us to slide into a river while dodging miniature icebergs and then plummet from a frozen waterfall into the mouth of a legendary sleet dragon... it still would not compare to the cold I felt in this Pizza Hut as I attempted to eat what the management considers food. You should be able to rate this place in snowflakes... seriously...
2)Brighten up the interior!!! TOO DARK, TOTALLY DRAB, extremely not cheerfully inviting nor cozy & warming!!! YUCK!

We've had trouble with our order the last few times we've used Gate City Pizza Hut. But, this time we couldn't even get our order in! The online ordering was offline so we tried to call in our order. For 30 minutes we tried. And for 30 minutes we dialed, it would ring and ring and then we would receive a busy signal. For 30 minutes straight. So, we called Pizza Plus and were eating within 20 minutes.
WORST Pizza Hut I have EVER been in! Where to begin....1)Unlit, uninviting parking lot for starters. Duh. Talk about not knowing how to at least attract more visitors! Least in summer months build an walled outdoor deck with wooden tables & benches and big enough for a band to come play. Sheesh! Do something to make the business more attractive to all that traffic passing by!
4) Server was so happy to have some customers he nearly tripped all over himself to serve us. Checking every 5 min. if we were satisfied or needed anything! Geez! Sad. He at least deserved a extra nice tip & some friendly conversation! So deprived for 'Human communication' other than co-workers he sees everyday!
3) Cook pizza ingredients! No one likes undone sausage! Really UN-COOKED, UN-DONE SAUSAGE!
'H' to-the-darn ECK NO!
